Finding Your Feet is a comedy about two very different sisters who reunite in London when the younger sister, Sandra, discovers her husband of 40 years is having an affair with her best friend. This colorful group shows Sandra that retirement is only the beginning, and divorce might give her a whole new lease on love and life.

The movie starts at 2:00PM, but we’ll meet at 1:50PM just to the left of the theater’s refreshment stand to introduce ourselves and walk into the movie together. After the movie we will go to a nearby restaurant for happy hour and conversation about the movie.

Advertised as Edina’s best comfort food-inspired restaurant.  Owned by father-son duo Ken & Brett Johnson, the Hilltop’s got a long history in the heart of Edina—one that extends past its long run as the Eden Avenue Grill and the Pantry, opened by Ken in 1978. They’ve put a modern twist on the place, but we still believe in comfort-food classics and old-fashioned hospitality.

Will has always lived a huge life–big deals, extreme sports, worldwide travel–and now he’s pretty sure he cannot live the way he is. Will is acerbic, moody, bossy–but Lou refuses to treat him with kid gloves, and soon his happiness means more to her than she expected. When she learns that Will has shocking plans of his own, she sets out to show him that life is still worth living.

Pope Joan, by Donna Cross

” Pope Joan has all the elements one wants in a historical drama – love, sex, violence, duplicity, and long-buried secrets.” In this international bestseller and basis for the 2009 movie, Cross brings the Dark Ages to life in all their brutal splendor and shares the dramatic story of a woman whose strength of vision led her to defy the social restrictions of her day. For a thousand years her existence has been denied. She is the legend that will not die–Pope Joan, the ninth-century woman who disguised herself as a man and rose to become the only female ever to sit on the throne of St. Peter.
