At this cozy, intimate restaurant in the tangletown neighborhood of South Minneapolis, Chef Ruiz pares his classic French technique and South American palate to present an exciting menu of Latin-Fusion cuisine. I love La Fresca, Café Ena’s sister restaurant, so I’m excited to try this one. My 2016 travels have taken me to Peru and Mexico, and this menu brings me back to both. http://www.cafeenampls.com/menu
